Schedule a class at your location and pay only for the number of staff you have. We will fill the class up with people from the surrounding area. DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY FOR PRIVATE CLASSES: $100 Deposit is required to schedule private class at your center. Deposit is due within five days of scheduling class. If deposit is not received, class is canceled. $100 deposit applies to fee for class. If class is canceled within 14 days of scheduled date, deposit is forfeited. REFUND POLICY FOR CPR ONLY: All classes must be paid prior to confirmation of reservation. Payment must be made within 5 business days of making reservations. If payment is not received reservation will be forfeited. NO refunds will be given for cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS Credit for a class may be granted If Medical Fun Facts is notified and can fill the reservation. The credit is good for any future Medical Fun Facts class for up to one year. Private Class rate ($460) applies only if a school or site schedules a class for their employees only. Otherwise, hosting center pays a per person rate of $50. A hosting center is responsible for giving Medical Fun Facts a confirmed # of reservations 5 days prior to the class. Hosting center is required to pay for that number of staff unless notification to Medical Fun Facts is made with sufficient time to fill their open reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS Classes must be paid for in advance by check or credit card. Reservation is finalized once payment is received. |
